PERTH – 2 October, 2026: Zoo Fit is set to partner with the Perth Bears ahead of the club’s inaugural NRL season in 2027, bringing together two ambitious organisations building communities across Western Australia.

The agreement will see Zoo Fit become an Official Foundation Partner of the Perth Bears, as well as the Official Commercial Gym and Fitness Club Operator, with the partnership extending through to 2028.

Under the partnership, Zoo Fit will activate at the Bears’ home games, in addition to giving away one gym membership at every match at HBF Park.

Zoo Fit is ASX-listed health and fitness group Viva Leisure’s newest gym brand, bringing its premium health and wellbeing offering to Western Australians at an affordable price point.

Viva Leisure Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Harry Konstantinou said the partnership united two growing organisations in Western Australia.

“Zoo Fit and the Perth Bears are building something new in Western Australia, focused on supporting locals through sport, health and wellbeing,” Mr Konstantinou said.

“Partnering with the Bears ahead of their inaugural season is a huge honour. We’re proud to support the growth of rugby league in Western Australia and look forward to creating lasting value for Zoo Fit members and Bears fans.”

Perth Bears CEO Anthony De Ceglie said the latest partnership was another sign of the corporate confidence in the club’s entry into the NRL.

“Securing a dynamic WA brand like Zoo Fit as a Foundation Partner is a massive milestone for the Perth Bears as we build toward 2027,” Mr De Ceglie said.

“We aren’t just building a football team; we are building a community. Viva Leisure and Zoo Fit share our vision of investment in Western Australia, and this partnership lays a strong foundation that will directly benefit our fans, local families, and the grassroots sport landscape across the state.”

Perth Bears Head Coach Mal Meninga said the partnership aligns with the club’s elite standards and community ethos.

“To be successful on the field, you need the right culture and support network off it,” Meninga said.

“Zoo Fit’s commitment to health, wellbeing and making fitness accessible perfectly aligns with what we want the Bears to stand for.”

Zoo Fit launched in Western Australia in 2026 and now operates clubs in Clarkson, Wanneroo and Mandurah, with further locations to open in Port Kennedy, Kennedy Park, Butler and Forrestdale among others as part of the brand’s expansion across the state.

Memberships start from $8.88 per week, with gym and wellness access from $14.88 per week. Family options are also available, starting from $24.88 per week covering two adults and two teenagers (aged 13-17) with the ability to add two more.
