Acquired in October 2024, Viva Leisure holds a 34% stake in BFS, with a clear path to full ownership. As of May 2025, BFS operates 62 locations with a further 57 secured – placing the network on track to surpass 100 sites. The rollout of Viva Pay and proprietary technologies will drive scalable growth, streamline franchise operations, and unlock high-margin recurring revenue. With strong potential integration into the Fling Pass network, BFS is poised to offer even greater access and flexibility to a wider fitness community.
